Pauline is the Regional Director, Southern Africa Region of the U.S.-Africa Trade Commission. In her other roles, she’s the Director at Reocomm Energy Pvt Ltd Zimbabwe, Founder and Director of Bridging Gaps Trust, AU ECOSOCC Zimbabwe Women and Development, Trade and Commerce Cluster Chair and Federation of Micro Businesses in Zimbabwe Women’s Desk Director

She is well networked locally, Regionally, Continentally and Internationally. Her NGO, Bridging gaps Trust, which works with disadvantaged groups in the society, grooming young women for leadership positions by training them, to equip them with skills to compete fairly with men in positions of power and in business. She is a powerful lobbyist and advocate for women development programs and policy changes. She has developed training manuals for basic business training under Federation of Micro Businesses in Zimbabwe. Pauline has also worked with leading Business groups since 2016 at leadership levels, and has developed Sexism Policies, endorsed by various organizations and Organs under State of the African Diaspora where she serves as a Minister of Women and Development.
