Bernard Oduro Takyi is Young Commercial Farmer and the Founder/CEO of Omanbapa Ghana Ltd, which is an award winning Agribusiness Company in Ghana with focus on organic & mechanized farming, unique branding, secure packaging and efficient sale of Farm Products.

Bernald is the Founder and CEO of CEEP Educational Consult Ltd with core expertise in Entrepreneurial Education, Mentorship, Professional Learning and General Business Consultancy Services. CEEP Educational Consult Ltd currently is the representative of TPLC-Mauritius, Fitch Learning-UK, Harel Mallac Technologies-Mauritius and Harel Mallac Global Services Ltd.

He is also a Managing Partner of PEB SERVICES LTD which is a leading Private Limited Liability Company in Ghana with expertise in General Merchants, Business Consultancy, Business Facilitations, Project Analysis etc established since 2006. Currently the representative of Imali FzE (Independent Member, Geneva Capital Group) one of the leading funding intermediaries in the world.

He is a self-motivated Young Entrepreneur with over 4years practical experience in Agribusiness Entrepreneurship and Grant Management. He is both a National and an International Award Winner in the field of Agribusiness Entrepreneurship. Bernald is a USADF Agribusiness YALI Entrepreneur 2016 Grant Award Winner, Best Sunyani West District Vegetables Farmer from the Ministry of Food & Agriculture (2012 & 2015), Best Sunyani West District Farmer Based Group, Omanbapa Group (2014), Ghana’s Next Young Entrepreneur Award for the Most Innovative Agribusiness Company (2013) and Enablis Entrepreneurial Network Award for Business Launchpad Award for Agribusiness Company (2014), as well as a 2016 Mandela Washington Fellow of Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI). 2017 UKaid ENGINE Grant Award Winner and 2017 Premium Bank Club 100 Start Up Award Winner.

A Graduate of University of Ghana, Qualified Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, UK and Associate Member of the Association of Certified Chartered Economists, USA and also double as an Entrepreneurship Empowerment Program Trainer for Agripreneurship currently a Facilitator for the National Youth Council of Namibia on Youth Entrepreneurship in Value Addition Agriculture, Bernard is currently the elected Regional Coordinator of Commonwealth Alliance of Young Entrepreneurs-West Africa (CAYE-WA) with the oversight mandate of advancing the promotion of Youth Entrepreneurship in Ghana, Gambia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone and Cameroon. CAYE-West Africa key focus is in 4 thematic areas among the Four Commonwealth Member Nations in West Africa namely; Policy and Advocacy, Trade Growth & Business Development, Youth Entrepreneurial Mentorship and Promoting of Youth Entrepreneurship as a Viable Sector.

As the Regional Coordinator of CAYE-West Africa, he led the CAYE African Delegation to the 3rd Commonwealth-China Global Business Summit that was held in China dated September 24-29, 2017, and has successfully led delegations to over 11 International Forums; CHOGM 2018 (UK), Nottingham Africa Summit 2018 (UK), China Young Entrepreneurs Association Summits 2017 & 2018 (China), Commonwealth Youth Summit 2017 (Malaysia), Africa Trade & Investment Global Summit (ATIGS) 2018 (USA) and the 2019 Commonwealth Africa Summit (London-UK) Authorized Delegation Leader of CAYE-West Africa etc.
